Refunds:

Please note that all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once registration is completed.

Late Arrivals:

Students must arrive on time. No late entries will be allowed into the class. This is to maintain the integrity of the training and to meet certification standards.

Rescheduling Policy:

We understand that emergencies happen. We offer a one-time class reschedule, under the following conditions:

• You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice before the original class start time.
• The rescheduled class must be the same type of class for the same student.
• The rescheduled class must be taken within 30 days of the original class date.
• All reschedule requests must be submitted via email to: samantha@restarttheheartcprtraining.com
